You have no idea how much I needed to hear that right now with what is coming up for me later this week and for future times when I have those thoughts. Now I have a way to divert the anxiety when that thought comes.
I understand it when you say it starts with a thought but I never really looked at it that way. With me it would just continue to build until I was in full panic mode.
